What aluminum thicknesses do you stock?
We stock .024, .040, and .080 aluminum sheet, plus 3mm ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) which offers the rigidity of .080 aluminum at a lower cost.
What is ACM and when should I use it?
ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) consists of two pre-painted sheets of .015 aluminum with a solid polyethylene core. It is very durable and rigid for all types of sign applications at a lower price point than solid .080 aluminum.
Do you print aluminum car tags?
Yes. We print auto tags on .024 aluminum using ultra-high quality 4pl dot size printing, as well as on .035 to .055 polyethylene plastic.
What is the lifespan?
Every print includes liquid laminate for 3-5 years outdoor durability. For harsh weather conditions, add our physical vinyl laminate for 5+ years of superior protection.
Do you offer die-cut shapes?
Yes, we offer custom die-cut shapes but only for Poly Metal ACM material. This allows us to create unique contour-cut signs perfect for logos, letters, or any custom shape you need.
What brand of reflective do you use?
We use industry-leading brands for maximum visibility. For Beaded Reflective we use 3M and Oracal materials. For HIP (High Intensity Prismatic) reflective, we exclusively use 3M for superior nighttime performance.
