A member of our team reviews your business's online presence and the products you sell. During business hours, we try to approve accounts within a few minutes, and then pricing is instant. There are no minimums, and orders ship with no SignMaster branding.
1. Open a trade account
SignMaster.com offers wholesale printing for sign shops and print resellers, and is trade only: "your supplier, not your competitor." We serve sign shops, print brokers, and resellers, and we never sell direct to the public. US businesses only.

A SignMaster team member reviews every new trade account personally. We look at your business's online presence, such as your Google and Facebook listings, and check that you resell the kinds of products we print. A resale certificate is welcome, but it isn't required on its own.
During business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 CST), we try to approve accounts within a few minutes. Apply after hours, and your application is first in line when we open. We'll email you the moment you're approved.
2. See your pricing and get quotes
We don't publish prices. Pricing is instant once your trade account is vetted and approved, so you see the cost before you order. For custom jobs, call 1-800-757-7021 (Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 CST) for a quote. There are no minimums on any order, and 1 sign is enough.
3. Two ways to order
With an account, two ways to order:
- Self service: Design it online, with instant proofing.
- Full service: Send us your files. Full-service orders always get a proof before payment.
File formats: Print-ready PDF is preferred. AI, EPS, JPG and PNG files are also accepted.
4. Turnaround: next business day for most orders
Most orders ship the next business day when files are approved by noon CST. Large orders and oversized signs shipped by freight may take longer; we'll confirm timing.
5. Shipping
- We ship to all 50 states.
- Free UPS Ground covers the contiguous US only. Alaska and Hawaii cost extra.
- Banners over 90 inches must be folded. We can ship oversized banners rolled if you request it, for an additional charge.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.
6. Blind drop shipping to your customer
We drop ship straight to your customer, with your company as the return address and nothing from SignMaster inside. Orders ship with no SignMaster branding.
